BetterOn® GLP-1 and Trillium Meds are partnering to give active Trillium patients more support for the part of the GLP-1 journey that happens after treatment begins: everyday nutrition, digestion, meal planning, habits, and community.

Through the partnership, eligible active Trillium patients can receive free access to BetterOn® GLP-1’s foundational video courses and a 90-day trial of the BetterOn® membership experience.

The goal is simple: connect clinical access with the practical education people need to navigate daily life while taking a GLP-1 medication.

Why BetterOn® GLP-1 and Trillium Are Partnering

Starting a GLP-1 medication can change appetite quickly. It can also change portion sizes, food preferences, digestion, energy, hydration habits, and the amount of food someone can comfortably eat at one time.

What medication does not automatically provide is a day-to-day nutrition plan.

People still need practical answers to questions such as:

  • How can I get enough protein when I am eating smaller portions?
  • What should I eat when I have very little appetite?
  • How should I approach hydration, fiber, and digestive comfort?
  • How can I plan meals around work, travel, restaurants, and family life?
  • How do I build habits that can support long-term progress?

The prescription may begin the journey. Daily support helps people live it.

What We Heard From the Trillium Community

The partnership was shaped in part by the recurring public conversations taking place inside the r/trillium community.

Members are not only discussing approvals, refills, pharmacy options, and delivery. They are also asking about protein intake, strength, fiber, hydration, low appetite, nausea, constipation, fatigue, food choices, plateaus, and fear of regaining weight.

Those conversations reveal an important gap. Clinical access may help someone begin treatment, but many of the challenges that influence confidence and consistency happen at home, at the grocery store, at restaurants, and between appointments.

BetterOn® GLP-1 was built specifically for that practical layer of support.

One Patient Journey With Two Clear Responsibilities

This partnership is designed to complement clinical care without confusing medical treatment with nutrition education.

Trillium Supports Clinical Access

Trillium connects adults with licensed healthcare providers and regulated pharmacy partners for GLP-1-based care. Trillium and its clinical partners remain responsible for:

  • Clinical evaluation and eligibility decisions
  • Prescribing and medication-related decisions
  • Pharmacy coordination
  • Treatment communication and clinical support

BetterOn® Supports Everyday Life

BetterOn® provides dietitian-led education and community support around practical topics including:

  • Protein-first meals and snacks
  • Smaller-portion meal strategies
  • Hydration and fiber education
  • Food-based strategies for common digestive challenges
  • Nutrient-dense choices when appetite is reduced
  • Meal preparation, grocery shopping, and eating out
  • Muscle-supportive nutrition and habit education
  • Accountability, encouragement, and peer support
  • Long-term maintenance and sustainable routines

Keeping those responsibilities clear allows each organization to focus on what it does best while giving members a more complete support experience.

What Active Trillium Patients Receive

Eligible active Trillium patients can receive:

  • Free access to BetterOn® GLP-1 video courses: Foundational lessons covering nutrition, protein, movement, common challenges, meal structure, and sustainable habits.
  • A 90-day BetterOn® membership trial: Access to the private community, live dietitian-led education, practical guides, trackers, articles, recipes, and continuing support.
  • Education informed by real member questions: Resources developed around the recurring nutrition and lifestyle concerns shared within the Trillium community.

Any optional paid continuation after the 90-day trial is governed by the membership terms presented with the BetterOn® offer. Participation does not affect medication access, pharmacy choice, clinical eligibility, or treatment decisions through Trillium.

How Trillium Patients Can Access BetterOn®

What This Partnership Does Not Change

BetterOn® does not prescribe GLP-1 medications, adjust medication doses, select pharmacies, diagnose medical conditions, or replace a licensed healthcare provider.

Questions about medication, dosing, side effects, labs, treatment eligibility, or urgent symptoms should continue to be directed to the patient’s Trillium clinical team or another qualified healthcare provider.

BetterOn® focuses on education, practical tools, food and nutrition guidance, and community support.

Building Support Around the Whole Experience

The strongest healthcare experiences do more than help people access treatment. They help people understand what comes next.

By bringing Trillium’s clinical-access experience together with BetterOn® GLP-1’s dietitian-led nutrition education and community, this partnership gives members a clearer place to learn, ask questions, and build sustainable routines.

Medication can be an important tool. Education and support can help people use that opportunity with greater confidence.
