1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Better On GLP-1™ community subscription, website, member portal, digital resources, videos, discussion areas, live education, or related content, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase, access, or use the Better On GLP-1™ community subscription.

2. Scope of the Community Subscription

Better On GLP-1™ provides educational resources, community support, nutrition education, lifestyle guidance, and general information for individuals who are using, considering, or learning about GLP-1 medications.

Your subscription may include access to educational videos, community discussions, downloadable resources, live group sessions, recordings, member updates, and other materials made available through the Better On GLP-1™ member area.

3. Medical and Nutrition Disclaimer

Better On GLP-1™ is for educational and informational purposes only. The content, community discussions, resources, videos, and group education are not medical advice and are not a substitute for care from your physician, prescribing provider, pharmacist, registered dietitian, or other licensed healthcare professional.

You should always consult your healthcare provider before starting, stopping, changing, or adjusting any medication, supplement, diet, exercise plan, nutrition strategy, or health related routine.

Better On GLP-1™ does not prescribe medication, diagnose medical conditions, treat disease, manage medication dosing, or provide emergency medical care.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in the Better On GLP-1™ community subscription.

By purchasing or accessing the subscription, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and that the information you provide during checkout or account creation is accurate and complete.

5. Subscription Billing and Automatic Renewal

Better On GLP-1™ community memberships are billed on a recurring subscription basis according to the plan selected at checkout. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Rutsu Nutrition to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

The subscription price, billing frequency, and renewal terms will be displayed at checkout. Your subscription will continue to renew automatically unless you cancel before your next billing date.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate and current. If your payment method is declined, expires, or fails, we may attempt to process the payment again, request updated billing information, suspend your access, or cancel your subscription.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

Community Membership Refund Window

We offer a 7 day refund window for first time community membership purchases only. To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase.

Refunds are not available for renewal payments, previously billed subscription periods, partially used billing periods, missed content, unused access, failure to participate, or cancellation requests made after the 7 day first purchase refund window has passed.

Cancellation

You may cancel your community membership at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund payments already made.

After cancellation, you may continue to access the community through the end of your current paid billing period unless your access is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, community guidelines, payment issues, chargeback activity, or other applicable policies.

Renewal Payments

Subscription renewal payments are nonrefundable. To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, you must cancel before your next renewal date.

7. Community Conduct

The Better On GLP-1™ community is designed to be respectful, supportive, evidence informed, and nonjudgmental. By participating, you agree to interact with other members in a way that protects trust, privacy, and safety.

You agree not to post, share, or engage in any of the following:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, abusive language, or personal attacks.
• Medical instructions, medication dosing advice, prescribing guidance, or treatment directives.
• False, misleading, unsafe, or unsupported health claims.
• Promotion of unapproved medications, unsafe compounds, research chemicals, or illegal products.
• Spam, solicitation, advertising, affiliate links, or promotional content without written permission.
• Sharing another member’s private information, screenshots, personal story, health details, or identity without consent.
• Content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict participation, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe a member has violated these Terms or created a risk to the community.

8. Member Content, Account Access, and Intellectual Property

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share, sell, transfer, sublicense, or provide your account access to another person.

Better On GLP-1™ Content

All Better On GLP-1™ materials, including videos, written resources, downloads, worksheets, graphics, recordings, community content, frameworks, page copy, course materials, and educational materials, are owned by Rutsu Nutrition or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, nontransferable, revocable license to access the content for your own personal educational use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, teach, upload, record, share, or commercially exploit Better On GLP-1™ content without written permission.

Content You Share

You retain ownership of content you personally share in the community. However, by posting content, comments, questions, testimonials, feedback, or other materials, you grant us permission to host, display, store, moderate, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate the community and provide the subscription.

We will not intentionally publish your private health story, personal identifying details, or testimonial for external marketing without appropriate permission.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Better On GLP-1™ provides education, community support, and general nutrition and lifestyle resources. We do not guarantee weight loss, body composition changes, medication outcomes, appetite changes, symptom improvement, health outcomes, lab changes, fitness results, or any specific result.

Individual results vary based on many factors, including medical history, medication type, dosage, provider guidance, consistency, nutrition, activity, sleep, stress, adherence, and other circumstances outside our control.

10. Privacy and Sensitive Information

Your use of Better On GLP-1™ may involve sharing personal or health related information. Please use discretion when posting in the community. Do not share information you would not want other members to see.

While we expect members to respect confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that other members will not copy, disclose, screenshot, or misuse information shared in the community. You are responsible for deciding what information you choose to share.

Any personal information we collect is handled according to our Privacy Policy. If a separate Privacy Policy is posted on our website, that Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Third Party Platforms and Services

Better On GLP-1™ may use third party platforms to host the website, process payments, manage subscriptions, deliver emails, host community features, provide video access, schedule events, or operate member areas.

We are not responsible for outages, technical issues, payment processor errors, platform changes, email delivery issues, or service interruptions caused by third party providers. We may update, replace, or modify the platforms used to deliver the subscription at any time.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Better On GLP-1™ if we believe you have violated these Terms, failed to pay subscription fees, misused the community, shared login credentials, infringed our intellectual property, engaged in abusive conduct, initiated improper payment disputes, or created legal, safety, operational, or reputational risk.

If your access is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you may not be entitled to a refund.

13. Changes to the Subscription or Terms

We may update, modify, add, remove, pause, or discontinue parts of the Better On GLP-1™ subscription, including content, community features, live sessions, resources, pricing, billing options, or member benefits.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of Better On GLP-1™ after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Better On GLP-1™ is provided on an “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to provide helpful, accurate, and accessible educational content, but we do not guarantee that the subscription will be uninterrupted, error free, complete, current, or suitable for your specific health circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rutsu Nutrition, Better On GLP-1™, its owners, team members, contractors, contributors, affiliates, and representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the subscription, community, website, or content.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot legally be waived.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rutsu Nutrition, Better On GLP-1™, its owners, team members, contractors, contributors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the subscription, your community conduct, your content, or your violation of applicable law or the rights of another person.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Better On GLP-1™ community subscription, or your use of the website or member area shall be handled in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
